If the order is placed before 10:00 PM, the package will be shipped from our warehouse the next day! Please keep in mind that shipping may take a little longer during the holidays. Your order will be received in your mailbox within 2-3 business days from the moment of ordering. You will always receive an email as soon as your order has been confirmed by our warehouse. All orders are shipped via PostNL and the packages fit through the mailbox, so you don't need to be home to receive them! 

For orders under €40,- we charge €2.95 for shipping. If you spend more than €40,- shipping within the Netherlands is free.

Certainly! All of our jewelry is water/sweat-resistant and will therefore not discolor. You can safely swim and shower with the jewelry.

Masio jewelry is made of premium stainless steel. 

This material has countless benefits: it is 100% water and sweat resistant and therefore retains its color.

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
